KINDLING CONNECTION    SPARKING CHANGE

At Kinnect Psychology, we believe that kindling connections is the single most important work a person can do — with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. We offer a warm, caring, playful, and non-judgmental space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are.

We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy and parent coaching in Ballwin, Missouri. We help individuals who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, and stressed. We help people understand themselves through the lens of relationships and connection.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that every individual already holds the wisdom, strength, and resilience within themselves needed for growth and healing. We are passionate about empowering our clients to reconnect with that innate knowing, tap into their authentic selves, and build meaningful, joyful connections.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Let's be honest, it's getting tough out there and YOU deserve the time and space to pause, reflect, and be intentional in your life.

My goal is to help individuals, couples and parents strengthen connections, regulate emotions, and navigate life's hardest moments.
